ABC Friends — Logo

ABC Friends is a not-for-profit volunteer-based organisation. Their vision is for a fearless, independent ABC valued by all Australians and fully supported by government. Their mission is to represent the community interest in defending and promoting the vital role of the ABC as a national public media organisation.
ABC Friends enlisted Blick Creative to design their new logo, organisation brand and style guide, this may also result in an opportunity to refresh their website.
The new logo needed to relate to the ABC, but look completely different, it needed to be positive and proactive and a request was to show diversity and energy through colour, whilst being clear and simple and having the flexibility for a variety of campaigns and uses. We’ve had great feedback on the end result.
This has been a great project to work and we look forward to seeing their new brand get attention and gain support for the ABC.
